if you are just about cleared loan wise..I'd slog on through to make money then get the other truck...or at least for half to a quarter of its amount the use a loan on the rest ....I still like that aerocab...lol

i have no loans now; i would take out 2 100k ones so i can get the first of the new garage trucks

ok looks like i only needed one; so i'll get just the one for now and if i get tired of grinding to get another truck i'll get a couple more(each is ~2k a day and i bring in about 30k per day)

edit: ground out most of the 100k to pay off the loan; next delivery should do it:

also there is a small dlc that i can get for the game(adds in more rims, nuts, and hubs); i will get it later this week

so looks like if you buy it for ETS2/ATS you get the other games hub dlc with it for free now

so i'll get the steam card to buy it either today or tomorrow

..wow ...I'd do the exact same thing as you in the same situation ....so once the pack is bought all both will have or is it 3 will have ?

sorry if I'm not 100% myself...I have had one of "those" type of phone calls ..and it had kinda shocked me...sad thing is,,the person is still amongst the living but not for very long and it may or may not be an easy passing for them when the time is finally upon him ...so I am a bit rough around the edges ... gesssh ....

once you buy it for one of the games they give you the same dlc for the other game as a gift

So which ship should I research next? Kirov(tier 5 soviet cruiser), mutsuki(tier 6 IJN DD), or Gnevny(tier 5 soviet DD)

hummm....you have a need for speed(sota-ish) then go the cruiser ..but for massive forces of destruction Gnevny....

Speed wise DD(destroyers) are faster than cruisers

Cruisers are mostly battleship/carrier support in that while they have guns they need to stay at range in order to not just be floating citadels to hit

Destroyers can and often do pop smoke charges and then launch torps when at unavoidable range(a tactic that cruisers(namely IJN ones like the mogami wish they had))

also no more debts again in ATS; if i grind 8 deliveries i should hit the next skill point and thus get a choice on if i want more money per delivery or better fuel economy(eventually i can max both out)

3 slot garage weekly profits for 100% efficiency =75k(deliveries per week needed by me = 3)

5 slot garage weekly profits for 100% efficiency =150k(deliveries per week needed by me = 6)

1 delivery -= 1 day in game

Ai drivers can when at level 36 offset 1 delivery each; however they are obtained at level 4 stats total max(4 skill points)

hummm.....seems you do better smaller..less overall work load yet you do get a better profit from it....
so you've must have choose the 3 slot over expanding the second to 5 then ....now that I see the numbers I don't blame you.....

all new garages are 3 slot; you can spend 100k to upgrade them to 5 slot(all 5 slot garages have their own fuel pump in addition to the slots)

i will upgrade when i fill the third slot in the garage so i can then add the remaining trucks and thus bring ai total to 9

after that i will get the vegas garage and grind those 3 trucks money, hire the drivers for the new vegas garage slots and further expand as i can until i hit either the ai driver cap or fill all garages

note the effect of having deliveries that are more than 2k miles vs the limitation on money that 1k miles does

if i could go cross country us currently in ats i could easily have jobs that pull in more; but until the map expands... 100k+ euro equivalent deliveries will be out of touch

The Arizona one is supposed to come out next month

The southern France ETS2 expansion is announced yet no idea on release timeframe

The only garage that is a single slot is your first garage (which I fully upgrade asap)
