Is getting a one story + basement maintenance area to be expanded into a 10 story with 3 underground floors(2 service floors + a subway station floor) far? Cause I can build it up to 30 stories above ground once I get the money from rent to expand up in levels

There are skinny and tall, normal, short and wide, extra large(the one I use) plots

you decide the zoning yourself when you expand the floor plan(say you add a small room(4 tiles wide) you can zone it as either offices, cafes, or a small apartment)

Small Stores and medium offices are 6 tiles

There are 2 level stores and other large facilities but without taking screenshots of one of my save files layouts it would be awkward to try to explain game mechanics

'kay-'kay ....it does sound interesting though,,so in theory you can build yourself one of those super multi-level building that inside could be like an amusement park( not so tall roller coasters and rail rides) or sport stuff like wall climbing or indoor skiing ????
that could be rather cool....pardon the pun .....

The only multi level things in that game(without mods) are offices(headquarters), luxury restaurants, two level stores, and penthouse apartments

just over two weeks till farming simulator 17; so yea I might start lurking more just due to being hyped

...and finally in a roughly a week the Pokémon Sun and Moon demo comes out; so if I forget to check here again this month blame the glut of game news on keeping my focus

hahaha....yup..okay ...we both now it comes in bunches....

well..I hope in the future the buildings can house the sport stuff..be kinda nice to own an indoor ski slope or rock climbing wall....

Already have the preorder bonuses for them(fs17 one is better due to that the steam preorder bonus is two skins for tractors(1 Valtra T series cow paintjob, 1 Challenger MT700E viper skin/paint job)

The Pokémon preorder bonus is a double sided poster(wish they could instead be a code for a even a shiny magikarp intead)

It will be the punishment tractor(basically if you screw up(say you forget to plow after harvesting a field and just cultivate and seed it) you will be stuck with it for the rest of the session) for my multiplayer save in that game; I'll give it the worst engine tuning possible just to increase their punishment

So yes it will be used on the punishment Valtra T series(210hp); the main working tractors will be Valtra S series (400hp) tractors with dual wheels

if they don't plow before cultivating it reduces the output of potential crops by 10%; I would rather not loose out on 10% of the possible yields so thus they will get the punishment tractor for costing the farm 10% of a fields harvest

Speaking of which I should probably get a couple of the codes today so I don't miss out on the Volcanion codes; next month is the Genesect codes

So the Pokémon Sun and Moon demo comes out at 7AM PDT so probably will have a horrible nights rest cause I usually don't manage to fall asleep before midnight most nights (the hype that I have probably isn't helping with that)

So been playing it since it came out; kinda wish parts of the demo weren't locked behind date walls(certain characters reference you coming back onto the demo x days from now to do more in the demo)
