Feel free to add your suggestions for the forum here.

Please keep in mind that this is not vBulletin, so upgrades are extremely limited. This forum software does not allow me to add any custom mods so I can only change what it allows me to change.

What CAN we do to make things more interesting here? i know its small...i wish i knew how to do tech stuff...but i dont...

only thing we can do Mel is wait for people to "discover" us ..... right now we are keeping a low profile,until we get a few more things one here....like series and manga.....

I'd have to look into all the details, but stuff like the banner can be changed if people don't like it. I could find a new skin, but most of them suck and this was by far the best I saw... I might be able to add more smilies. I can add more sections to the forum if people feel we're missing something. Little things like that. Unfortunately, I don't think I can even edit things like BB codes.

Basically, feel free to suggest things, but don't expect much is what I'm saying. I can't add live topic, and I can't add the newest topic thing we had on AAC before because those are custom mods. Other simple things I might be able to change, so if anyone can think of something like that, feel free to post it here.

Well the fact that ur trying is good enough...im sure in time things will happen...i also know this forum is small so its not like it will be able to support a huge amount like anime/manga...even though that would be great^^

yup..it can...but things like "mixpod" are not supported those are for more robust types of forums.....that and any thing "sidebar" here is more a basic "blog type-ish" ..but awesome just the same!!

Yes, we can have anime here. I actually don't think there's a limit on our threads and stuff. I think our limit is for uploaded pictures or something like that. So we can upload anime no problem.

yup-yup! and yes Val it is just the picture uploading that has the limit...no threads or forum size limits....which is very cool !

I'm having trouble uploading my avi. Is there a permissions type thing not allowing me to do so? It's 160x400

It's probably the file size. This forum won't let me change what size you can upload, so it's super small. I had to go change my file types to upload my own. I usually use png, but I changed it to jpeg and it was small enough.

If anyone ever needs their avy file size reduced, upload it somewhere and PM me a link and I can make it smaller.

well ive tried Sadpanda and uploaded it there...then i used it for here so that it can fit^^

I see. Well I don't wanna reduce the quality of the set so I'll just stick with this avi. Thanks for the info.

No problem. I'd still recommend checking how the lowered size looks though, because for me there was actually no noticeable difference in quality. Pngs are just huge for some reason :/

you can try for a lossless .gif .... use photoshop or jasc/corel paint shop pro ..you get a nice result and no pixeling like other programs will .... works good that way! ....~hugs the whole forum~
