knowing that only noble characters can get that amount of credits at first level(when the armor can best be used) but they lack the ability within their class to effectively use it(get the needed proficiencies)

that scouts have the best overall of starting credits worth of gear(light armor, pistols, rifles, simple weapons(like bows/knifes/swords/etc..)), skills, talents, and HP

only the soldier/jedi starts with higher HP yet both lack skills and starting gear credits... the noble has mist skills and credits yet lacks the proficiency in most weapons and gear....the scoundrel starts with almost nothing(only 4 skills, 1k credits, simple weapon and pistol proficiencies, no armor access)

scouts having the most exclusive to their abilities prestige classes(3), vs the nobles and all others having just (2 each)
