oh ..I finally was talking to John ...he is computer-less atm but says he's getting one soon and when he does he wants to get up a new site ...the time frame "unknown"
did ask me if I'd be an admin there ..said yup..
but that was the all of it ...

not really; my spare time is spent in cities skylines or ATS(american truck sim)

i only know one person that has train simulator and all of the dlc(and he is a youtuber/twitch streamer)

that's a lot of money to plop down for a game ...it floored me to be honest ...mind you if I did find a "patchy-pirate" version I most likely would try it out..my computer is capable of supporting it....

i wouldn't even bother pirating it; it is just the same game as the last 3 years versions with more dlc

seriously if you want a decent simulator try ETS2(euro truck sim 2), ATS, or Farming simulator 15

all of the above 3 are less with all dlc than train simulator 16 is with only the most recent DLC train lines

I'm getting a free match x3 game atm ..it's just to pass a bit of time while my encoder is doing some eps for here...next up Hikaru no Go ,,,,I did want Kyo Kara Mahou ...but...that was handier...

might be getting Huniepop and some other games soon so i might stop doing ATS for a week while i try them all out; the deliveries in ATS all feel the same at the point i am at in it so thats my main reason for getting the new games

So I loaded up my ATS save and it looks like I might just grind out the last few dozen deliveries so I can pay off the remaining loans cause they should take about twenty minutes each

don't know; a lot of the mods i use for some games haven't gotten updated since the last patch so thus a decent chuck of my steam library is temporarily only vanilla(thus i don't want to play them)

so should i trade in my current truck for the W900(it wouldn't cost me much of a setback towards getting the loan paid off(1-2 deliveries cost))

ok; just checked the math; its one half of a delivery after trade in

the chrome custom ones are unlocked at next level

well it will have the stock bumper/guard cause until level 17 all of the bumper guards lack a proper cattle/moose guard

so while at a fuel station i did a side by side comparison in length; the Kenworth is almost 1/3 longer than my current truck

so as much as i want a 625 horse W900 i can't justify the length of nearly a train engine especially when often i wind up with 53' trailers which struggle on turns with my current truck

also until i can have all engines and transmissions unlocked(the last engine and transmission unlock at level 18) there isn't all that much of a difference save length from my current Peterbuilt 579 or even the spare Kenworth T680 that one of my AI company drivers uses

well i bought it; the large sun guard makes it impossible to see traffic lights will after this delivery swap for the smaller one

yes..swap it ...you can't afford tickets or demerits against you...even if you can't see the traffic lights ..still have to obey them ....

locked until level 17-18 ...bummer

...yup...I can understand what your saying ..I have travelled on many mountainous curve plagued roads and seen some very close calls with large trucks Vs tight curves....scarey!

It was by inches that it didn't scrape the paint on that fence

Also should I put points into eco driving(5 more points to max) or just the skills that boost delivery rewards directly till I get them maxed(13 points)

I'd do the delivery rewards....you'll get points faster that way ...later you can work on the eco part
